After submitting your application, you should upload your official waiver via your Rutgers status screen within one week of submitting your admissions application. Alternatively, you can fax or mail or the fee waiver. Part 2 of the application process for first-year students currently enrolled in high school requires submission of the SRAR.

Letters of recommendation are not used for admissions consideration. The Rutgers application provides multiple opportunities for applicants to describe their accomplishments, activities, community service, and personal experiences. Students should be certain to complete all sections of the Rutgers application to describe themselves.

Submit an essay on the topic of your choice. The essay is limited to 3800 characters including spaces. A $70 non-refundable application fee is required.
